What is Wholesale Voice Termination?
Dollu's wholesale voice termination service delivers international calls from your network to any fixed or mobile destination in the world. Traffic enters our geo-redundant softswitch core over SIP - from the public internet, a private IP interconnect or a cross-connect at one of our PoPs - and is routed to the destination operator over the best-performing route in our portfolio for the quality tier you selected.
We hold direct bilateral interconnects with more than 600 carriers and mobile network operators, including Tier-1 incumbents in every major region and domestic operators across South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Americas. Direct routes mean fewer intermediate hops, cleaner CLI delivery, faster post-dial delay and margins we can pass on to you rather than to a chain of resellers.
Every route is continuously measured - answer-seizure ratio, average call duration, post-dial delay, MOS and CLI delivery rate - and our routing engine steers traffic in real time. If a route degrades, traffic moves automatically to the next-best route within the same quality tier; you are never silently downgraded to save us money.
