Overview

What is Cloud Infrastructure & Managed Hosting?

Dollu Cloud Infrastructure gives you virtual machines, bare-metal servers, block and object storage, managed databases and managed Kubernetes in five regions - Mumbai, Frankfurt, London, Ashburn and Singapore - each built as a pair of availability zones on separate power, cooling and fibre. Unlike a hyperscaler region reached over the public internet, every Dollu region is a native node on our 1.4 Tbps backbone, so your servers are a few milliseconds from the same PoPs that carry your SIP trunks, SMS traffic and MPLS or SD-WAN sites. That proximity matters for contact-centre platforms, media servers, session border controllers and CPaaS stacks.

Compute ranges from burstable general-purpose instances to dedicated-core, memory-optimised and NVMe-local shapes, plus single-tenant bare metal for licensing-sensitive or latency-sensitive software. Storage is tiered: replicated NVMe block volumes with snapshots, S3-compatible object storage with lifecycle policies and versioning, and NFS/SMB file shares. Managed database services cover PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Redis and MongoDB with automated backups, point-in-time recovery, read replicas and cross-region replication. Kubernetes clusters are CNCF-conformant, provisioned in minutes with node auto-scaling, an integrated registry and ingress, and control-plane upgrades handled by our SRE team.

Everything is managed to the level you choose. At the base tier we run the facility, hypervisor, storage fabric and network. Add managed OS - hardening, patching windows, monitoring agents and log shipping - and we take responsibility up to the operating system. Add managed platform and we operate your databases, message queues, load balancers and Kubernetes control planes with 24×7 on-call. Every tier includes the same portal, Terraform provider, REST API and role-based access control, and every tier is backed by the 24×7 NOC with 15-minute P1 response and a named account manager.

For regulated or high-density requirements we offer dedicated and private cloud: reserved hosts inside a Dollu region, a fully isolated private cloud pod in a Dollu data centre, or a managed private cloud stack deployed in your own facility and connected back to our regions and PoPs over private fibre. All options share the same tooling, and all can be combined with hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity to AWS, Azure and Google Cloud where a workload belongs elsewhere. Data residency is explicit: you pick the region and we do not replicate outside it unless you configure cross-region services.

Why Dollu

Why choose Dollu for cloud infrastructure.

The advantages of buying from a carrier that owns its network, interconnects and operations - rather than a reseller.

  • Milliseconds from your voice and WAN traffic

Regions sit on the Dollu backbone, so SIP, RTP, SMS and MPLS traffic reaches your servers over private paths without hairpinning through the public internet - lower jitter, fewer hops, no surprise egress bills.

  • Predictable, egress-light pricing

Flat monthly pricing per instance and per terabyte, generous included egress and free transfer between Dollu regions and Dollu services. Reserved and committed-use terms cut rates further.

  • Data stays where you put it

Choose the region and the data stays there. Indian workloads stay in Mumbai for TRAI/DoT and RBI requirements; EU workloads stay in Frankfurt for GDPR; UK and US regions serve Ofcom and US regulatory needs.

  • Managed to the depth you need

Start with infrastructure only and add managed OS, managed platform or fully managed operations later without re-platforming. The same SRE team, portal and runbooks apply at every tier.

  • One provider, one SLA, one invoice

Compute, connectivity, voice, messaging and security from a single carrier means one contract, one NOC to call and no finger-pointing between your cloud and your network provider.

How it works

How it works.

From first conversation to live traffic - a tracked, engineer-led onboarding with a named owner at every step.

  1. Step 01

    Scope

Share your workload inventory, performance targets, residency constraints and connectivity requirements. We return a sizing, region and management-tier recommendation with transparent pricing.

  2. Step 02

    Design

Our architects produce a landing-zone design: VPCs, subnets, IAM model, connectivity to your WAN or PoP, backup and monitoring standards, and a Terraform baseline you own from day one.

  3. Step 03

    Provision

Environments are provisioned from code within days. Private on-ramps, cross-connects and MPLS or SD-WAN extensions are turned up in parallel by our connectivity team.

  4. Step 04

    Migrate and go live

We move workloads using replication tooling with rehearsed cutovers, validate against your acceptance tests and hand over documentation, runbooks and monitoring dashboards.

  5. Step 05

    Operate

24×7 NOC and SRE on-call, monthly capacity and cost reviews with your account manager, and quarterly architecture reviews as your estate grows.

Use cases

Who uses this and why.

Typical deployments across carriers, enterprises, platforms and contact centres.

  • Contact-centre and UC platforms

Host SBCs, media servers, recording and analytics next to the Dollu voice core for low-jitter media paths and private SIP trunking without public-internet exposure.

  • SaaS and CPaaS providers

Multi-region Kubernetes and managed databases for API-driven products, with private paths to Dollu voice, SMS and number services and predictable egress economics.

  • BFSI and regulated enterprises

In-country hosting in Mumbai, Frankfurt or London with customer-managed keys, dedicated hosts and audit trails that map cleanly to RBI, GDPR and PCI-DSS obligations.

  • Retail and e-commerce

Autoscaling web and API tiers behind DDoS-protected anycast front doors, with object storage for catalogues and media and cross-region failover for peak seasons.

  • Media and streaming workflows

Still have a question?

Ask our solutions team

We do not try to replicate a hyperscaler's catalogue. We offer the core services most workloads need - compute, storage, databases, Kubernetes - in regions that sit directly on a carrier backbone, with private connectivity to your WAN and to Dollu voice and messaging services, flat pricing and hands-on managed operations. Many customers run Dollu Cloud alongside a hyperscaler and use our hybrid service to connect them.
