Overview

What is Managed WAN, LAN & Wi-Fi?

Dollu Managed WAN, LAN & Wi-Fi takes responsibility for the whole network inside and around your buildings: the WAN edge that connects a site to the outside world, the core and access switching that carries traffic between floors and rooms, the wireless network your people and devices actually use, and the access-control, monitoring and lifecycle processes that keep it secure and current. You get one design authority, one deployment team, one NOC and one SLA instead of a patchwork of vendors, integrators and internal effort.

Every engagement begins with discovery: floor plans, RF surveys with predictive and on-site heat-mapping, user and device counts, application requirements and the security posture you need. From that we design a network with the right switching hierarchy, PoE budget and uplink capacity, an access-point layout tuned for Wi-Fi 6 and 6E in high-density and challenging RF spaces, and a segmentation model that separates corporate, guest, IoT and OT traffic. Hardware is sourced from Cisco, Aruba, Juniper Mist or Fortinet according to your standards and budget.

Once live, the network is operated from our 24×7 NOC through cloud management platforms that give per-client, per-application telemetry. We see a failing uplink, a mis-configured VLAN or a saturated access point before your users raise a ticket, push firmware and configuration changes through controlled windows, keep configuration backups and hold spares so break-fix meets the SLA. Network access control based on 802.1X, certificates and device posture is included, so a device on the wrong VLAN is a policy exception, not a routine risk.

Commercially, the service converts capital-heavy refresh cycles into a predictable monthly fee per site or per port and access point, with hardware refresh, licences and support inside the contract. It fits naturally alongside Dollu managed SD-WAN, DIA and private 5G, so a new building or branch can be delivered as a complete connected site - circuits, WAN edge, switching, Wi-Fi and cellular - with a single project plan and a single accountable partner.

Why Dollu

Why choose Dollu for managed lan & wi-fi.

The advantages of buying from a carrier that owns its network, interconnects and operations - rather than a reseller.

  • One accountable partner

Circuits, WAN edge, switches, access points and NAC are designed together and supported by the same NOC, so faults are owned end to end rather than passed between suppliers.

  • Predictable opex, no refresh cliffs

Hardware, licences, support and scheduled refresh are inside a monthly fee, replacing five-yearly capital spikes and the risk of running end-of-support kit.

  • A better experience for every user

Properly surveyed Wi-Fi 6/6E, correctly sized uplinks and QoS for voice and video mean fewer drop-outs, faster roaming and fewer 'the Wi-Fi is bad' tickets.

  • Security from the port up

802.1X, certificate-based authentication, device profiling and dynamic VLAN assignment keep unknown and non-compliant devices off corporate segments automatically.

  • Free your IT team for projects

Day-to-day monitoring, changes, patching and break-fix move to Dollu, so your engineers spend their time on applications and users rather than switch stacks.

Compare

MPLS, DIA, broadband or 4G/5G.

No single transport suits every site. Most Dollu WAN designs mix them - an SD-WAN overlay stitches the underlays together and steers voice and critical apps onto the best path.

FAQ

Managed LAN & Wi-Fi - your questions answered.

The questions customers and carriers ask us most often before they interconnect. If yours is not here, our team answers within one business day.

Still have a question?

Ask our solutions team

Yes. We audit the installed base, bring supported equipment under management with our monitoring and configuration standards, and schedule replacement of end-of-support or under-specified hardware as part of the contract. Many customers start with a take-over-and-refresh model so nothing is thrown away before it needs to be.
