Overview

What is Managed Cloud & Migration Services?

Dollu Managed Cloud & Migration Services takes an estate from wherever it is today - on-premises data centres, colocation, a first-generation cloud footprint or a mix - to a well-architected, operated and cost-governed target on Dollu Cloud, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. The engagement runs from discovery through migration into steady-state operations, so the team that assessed and moved your workloads is the same team that runs them, with no handover gap and no re-learning of your environment.

Migration is delivered as a factory. Discovery tooling inventories servers, dependencies, utilisation and licensing; each application is assigned a strategy - rehost, replatform, refactor, replace or retire - and grouped into waves by dependency and business risk. Landing zones are built from code with identity, network, logging and guardrails in place before the first workload moves. Waves are migrated using replication tooling with rehearsed cutovers, rollback plans and acceptance testing, and lessons from each wave feed the next. Typical throughput is 30–80 servers per fortnight per factory team.

Managed operations follows site-reliability engineering practice rather than ticket-queue outsourcing. Every service gets defined SLOs and error budgets, monitoring and alerting tied to those SLOs, on-call runbooks and blameless post-incident reviews. Toil is engineered away with automation; patching, backup verification, certificate renewal and capacity adjustments run from code and are reported, not manually performed. Change is managed through pull requests and pipelines, and every environment remains reproducible from the repository you own.

FinOps and compliance are part of operations from day one. Cost is allocated to teams and products, commitments and rightsizing are managed continuously and savings are reported monthly. Compliance controls for ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR and Indian regulatory requirements are mapped to technical guardrails and evidence is collected automatically, so audit season means exporting reports rather than assembling them. Named account management, quarterly architecture reviews and the 24×7 NOC with 15-minute P1 response are standard.

Why Dollu

Why choose Dollu for managed cloud.

The advantages of buying from a carrier that owns its network, interconnects and operations - rather than a reseller.

  • Faster, lower-risk migrations

Factory methods, replication tooling and rehearsed cutovers move workloads predictably. Waves are sized to business risk and each cutover has a tested rollback path.

  • Operations built on SRE, not ticket queues

SLOs, error budgets and automation replace manual toil. Incidents are worked by engineers who know your environment because they built or migrated it.

  • Cost under control from day one

Every workload is tagged, allocated and rightsized as it lands. Commitments are bought when utilisation is proven, and savings are reported monthly against the pre-migration baseline.

  • Compliance evidence, not compliance projects

Guardrails enforce controls continuously and evidence is collected automatically, mapped to ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS and GDPR, so audits become report exports.

  • One accountable partner

Cloud, connectivity, voice and security from the same provider with one NOC and one account manager - no cross-vendor escalation when something breaks.

  5. 05

    SRE-led managed operations

24×7 monitoring against SLOs, on-call with 15-minute P1 response, automated patching and backup verification, capacity management, incident and problem management with post-incident reviews.

  6. 06

    Platform and Kubernetes operations

Cluster lifecycle, upgrades, ingress and service mesh, secrets management, GitOps pipelines and workload rightsizing for Kubernetes on Dollu Cloud, EKS, AKS or GKE.

  7. 07

Tag governance, showback and chargeback, anomaly detection, reservation and savings-plan management, scheduling of non-production, and monthly reporting against baseline.

  8. 08

    Compliance operations

Control mapping to ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR and Indian regulatory frameworks; continuous configuration checks; automated evidence collection; support during audits.

  9. 09

    Governance and reviews

Named account manager, monthly service reviews with SLO and cost reports, quarterly architecture reviews and an agreed roadmap of improvements.

How it works

How it works.

From first conversation to live traffic - a tracked, engineer-led onboarding with a named owner at every step.

  1. Step 01

    Assess

Discovery tooling and stakeholder interviews produce an inventory, dependency maps, a strategy per application, target-state options and a business case with TCO.

  2. Step 02

    Build the landing zone

Identity, network, connectivity, logging, guardrails and shared services are built from code and validated against the compliance frameworks that apply to you.

  3. Step 03

    Migrate in waves

Applications move in dependency-ordered waves with replication, rehearsal, cutover, acceptance testing and hypercare. Each wave's lessons are applied to the next.

  4. Step 04

    Operate and optimise

Steady-state SRE operations begin as each wave completes: SLO monitoring, on-call, patching, FinOps and compliance evidence, with monthly and quarterly reviews.

Use cases

Who uses this and why.

Typical deployments across carriers, enterprises, platforms and contact centres.

  • Data centre exit

Vacate an owned or leased facility before a lease or refresh deadline with a dated wave plan, connectivity turned up in advance and a documented decommission.

  • Regulated financial services

Migrate to in-country regions with guardrails and evidence mapped to RBI, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001, and operations that produce audit-ready reports.

  • Manufacturing and logistics

Move ERP, WMS and analytics to cloud while keeping plant and warehouse systems reachable over private SD-WAN paths with predictable latency.

  • Software and SaaS companies

Replatform onto Kubernetes and managed databases with GitOps operations, SLO-based on-call and FinOps so engineering time goes to product rather than infrastructure.

  • Education and public sector

Consolidate ageing campus or departmental servers into a governed cloud landing zone with in-country residency and predictable operating costs.

Pricing model

How Cloud is priced.

Cloud and hosting are priced per resource - compute, storage, network egress, backup volume - with managed-service tiers on top. Migrations and DR projects are quoted as fixed scope.

We publish the model, not a public rate card - actual rates depend on destination, route class, volume and regulatory cost. See how every Dollu service is priced.
