Programmes

Six ways to work with Dollu.

Whether you are a Tier-1, a national incumbent, an MVNO, an aggregator or a domestic ISP, there is a programme designed for the traffic or infrastructure you bring.

  • Voice bilateral & swap

Exchange A–Z traffic on a bilateral basis. We bring direct routes into South Asia, the Gulf and Africa and buy quality supply into Europe, the Americas and APAC. Netting, swap ratios and prepaid/postpaid terms negotiated per partner.

  • SMS interworking & hubbing

SMPP interconnects for A2P and P2P termination and origination, with MNP resolution, DLR quality guarantees, firewall-integrated monetisation for MNOs and revenue-share models for aggregators.

  • Number hosting & supply

Supply local, national, mobile or toll-free ranges from your licence into Dollu’s global inventory, or host your numbers on our platform with SIP delivery, porting and compliance handled.

  • Roaming, signalling & IPX

Roaming hub, steering, testing and clearing for MNOs/MVNOs; SS7/Diameter/HTTP2 signalling transport with security; private IPX-style interconnect for voice, data and signalling.

  • White-label & reseller

Run your own branded voice, numbers, SMS or CPaaS business on Dollu - sub-accounts, custom rate decks, per-tenant CDRs and portal branding, with wholesale pricing and our NOC behind you.

  • Last-mile & infrastructure partners

Domestic ISPs and fibre operators who deliver access circuits for our managed connectivity customers, and data-centre or teleport partners hosting Dollu PoPs and media gateways.

Why partner

What carrier partners get from us.

  • Real, direct routes

600+ bilateral interconnects, our own switching core and quality-tiered routing - traffic you send us stays on measured, direct paths.

  • Transparent quality data

Live ASR/ACD/PDD/MOS per route shared with partners; monthly QoS reviews; disputes settled on data, not opinions.

  • Clean commercials

Prepaid, postpaid and netting; 1/1 billing; USD/EUR/GBP/INR; 7-day notice on rate increases; prompt, accurate invoicing and CDR reconciliation.

  • Fraud & revenue assurance

Real-time IRSF/Wangiri/AIT detection and blocking on both directions of the interconnect - protecting your revenue as much as ours.

  • 24 × 7 carrier NOC

Engineer-staffed NOC with a dedicated carrier desk, ticketed escalation and named carrier-relations managers in London, Singapore and Noida.

  • Long-term relationships

Many partners have been with us since our first year. We optimise for durable, growing traffic exchange - not one-quarter arbitrage.

How it works

How an interconnect comes together.

  1. Step 01

    Introduce

Email [email protected] with your route list, coverage, volumes and interconnect preferences. Our carrier-relations team responds within one business day.

  2. Step 02

    Test

Exchange IPs or SMPP binds, complete technical forms and run test traffic on priority destinations with our NOC on the line.

  3. Step 03

    Contract

Sign the interconnect agreement - bilateral, prepaid or postpaid - with rate decks, quality tiers and settlement terms defined.

  4. Step 04

    Grow

Ramp traffic under a tracked plan; monthly QoS and commercial reviews expand the exchange over time.
