What is International Virtual Numbers?
Businesses that sell, support or hire across borders need phone numbers that customers in each country can dial locally. Historically that meant a carrier contract, a currency, a tax regime and a regulatory filing in every market. Dollu's international virtual numbers collapse all of that into one relationship: geographic, national, mobile and toll-free numbers in more than 110 countries, ordered from a single portal, delivered to any endpoint and billed on one invoice in the currency you choose.
Behind the portal sits a numbering supply chain we operate ourselves - our own allocations where we are licensed, and direct agreements with incumbent and alternative operators elsewhere. That gives us control over activation times, porting and regulatory compliance rather than depending on a chain of resellers, and it lets us hold reserved inventory in the countries our customers ask for most.
Every country has its own rules on who may hold a number, what documents are needed and how the number may be used. Our compliance desk keeps that matrix current, shows you the requirements per country before you order, collects and validates documents once and files them with the local authority. Where a country requires a local end-user address or a local presence, we tell you before you buy, not after.
Calls to your international numbers are answered at the nearest of our 40+ PoPs and delivered over SIP to wherever your team or platform sits, with the same routing, failover, analytics and 24×7 NOC as every other Dollu number. Add SMS-enabled numbers, toll-free ranges and porting from the same portal as your business grows. Platform customers can structure the estate into sub-accounts by region, brand or client and automate the whole lifecycle through the Numbers API, while finance receives a single invoice with local taxes itemised country by country.
Inbound number flow: from the caller to your endpoint.
Why choose Dollu for international numbers.
The advantages of buying from a carrier that owns its network, interconnects and operations - rather than a reseller.
Go global without local contracts
Replace dozens of local carrier agreements with one Dollu contract. Enter a new country in days rather than months, and exit just as easily.
Predictable cost in your currency
Per-country rental and per-minute rates are published in the portal and invoiced together in a single currency, with local taxes itemised so finance can reconcile easily.
Compliance without a legal team
Numbering regulation is our specialism. We keep documentation, usage rules and end-user requirements current in every country we serve and guide you through them.
Consistent quality everywhere
Every number is delivered by the same geo-redundant core with the same routing, failover and monitoring, whether it is in Germany, Brazil or Indonesia.
Grows with your footprint
Start with a handful of numbers and scale to thousands across sub-accounts, brands or clients, managed through the portal or automated through the API.
