Overview

What is Enterprise Broadband & Business Internet?

Dollu Enterprise Broadband gives every branch, store, clinic, warehouse and small office a business-grade internet connection without the cost of a dedicated leased line. We source the best available access at each address - full-fibre FTTP, Ethernet over FTTC, cable, fixed wireless or licensed microwave - from our own network and national access partners in 100+ countries, and wrap it with static IPs, a managed router, 4G/5G backup and Dollu's 24×7 NOC. Where a dedicated circuit is more than a site needs and consumer broadband is too fragile to run a business on, this is the middle ground.

For multi-site and multi-country organisations the value is in the aggregation. Instead of dozens of local ISP contracts in different languages, currencies and billing cycles, you get one master agreement, one SLA, one portal and one consolidated invoice for broadband across every country in which you operate. Dollu handles the site surveys, orders, installation appointments, in-life faults and provider escalations, and reports on every site with a single set of KPIs regardless of which underlying carrier delivers the tail.

Every site is delivered with a Dollu-managed router or SD-WAN edge, pre-staged and shipped for plug-and-play installation by non-technical staff. The device brings up the primary access, establishes an encrypted tunnel to the nearest Dollu PoP and holds a 4G/5G cellular link on hot standby that takes over in under 30 seconds if the wired service fails, with dual-SIM multi-network cellular for the hardest-to-reach sites. Static IPv4 and IPv6 addressing, secure guest Wi-Fi, content filtering and cloud-managed switching can be added per site from the same catalogue.

Business broadband from Dollu also acts as the on-ramp to everything else we do. The same access carries SIP trunks and cloud PBX voice with QoS marking, SD-WAN overlays into your MPLS or cloud estate, SASE security services and payment-terminal traffic, and every site appears in the same monitoring, ticketing and reporting as your head-office DIA and MPLS. Proactive monitoring, automated fault ticketing and a named account manager come as standard; enhanced SLAs with next-business-day, 8-hour or 4-hour fix are available where the local access supports them.

Why Dollu

Why choose Dollu for business broadband.

The advantages of buying from a carrier that owns its network, interconnects and operations - rather than a reseller.

  • Branch-grade reliability at broadband cost

Business-class access, static addressing, cellular failover and NOC monitoring at a fraction of the price of a leased line, so hundreds of small sites can be connected properly.

  • One vendor for every country

Dollu contracts, orders and manages local access on your behalf in 100+ countries; you deal with one account team, one portal, one SLA and one invoice in your currency.

  • Sites stay open when lines go down

Cellular backup activates automatically in under 30 seconds, keeping tills, payment terminals, cloud apps and phones working through fibre cuts and ISP outages.

  • Zero-touch rollout

Routers arrive pre-configured; a store manager plugs in two cables and the site is live, monitored and policy-compliant within minutes, with no engineer visit needed.

  • Ready for voice, cloud and security

The same connection carries Dollu SIP trunking, cloud PBX, SD-WAN and SASE with QoS, so adding a service is a portal change rather than a new circuit.

Capabilities

Capabilities in detail.

Everything included with Enterprise Broadband & Business Internet - the platform features, options and controls you get from day one.

  1. 01

    Access sourcing and feasibility

Address-level feasibility checks across our own footprint and national access partners, returning available technologies, speeds, lead times and prices per site, with a recommendation for primary and backup access.

  2. 02

    Static addressing and routing

Static IPv4 (single or /29 and larger blocks) and IPv6 on every connection, reverse DNS, and optional BGP for sites that need to announce their own address space through Dollu.

  3. 03

    Cellular backup

Integrated or external 4G/5G modem with Dollu multi-network SIMs, automatic failover in under 30 seconds and fail-back, usage alerts and the option of cellular-primary service where wired access is unavailable.

  4. 04

    Managed CPE and zero-touch provisioning

Pre-staged routers or SD-WAN edges shipped to site, cloud-managed configuration, firmware lifecycle, encrypted tunnels to the nearest Dollu PoP and advance replacement of failed hardware.

  5. 05

    Multi-country aggregation and billing

One master service agreement, standardised SLA tiers, consolidated invoicing in USD, EUR, GBP or INR with per-site and per-country breakdowns, and Dollu-managed relationships with every underlying access provider.

  6. 06

    Monitoring, SLAs and support

24×7 NOC monitoring of every site, automated ticket creation on loss of service, proactive customer notification, provider escalation, and SLA tiers from standard to 4-hour fix where local access permits.

  7. 07

    Voice, Wi-Fi and security add-ons

QoS profiles for Dollu SIP trunks and cloud PBX, secure guest and staff Wi-Fi, cloud-managed switching, content filtering, SD-WAN overlay and SASE enforcement, all delivered on the same managed device.

  8. 08

    Ordering and lifecycle portal

Bulk feasibility and ordering for site lists, order tracking, installation scheduling, live status per site, usage and performance graphs, ticketing and moves, adds and changes from a single portal or API.

How it works

How it works.

From first conversation to live traffic - a tracked, engineer-led onboarding with a named owner at every step.

  1. Step 01

    Site list and feasibility

Share your addresses and requirements. Within a few days we return access options, speeds, lead times and prices for every site, including backup and SLA options.

  2. Step 02

    Order and schedule

Approve the design and Dollu places every order with the underlying providers, books installation appointments with your site contacts and tracks progress in the portal.

  3. Step 03

    Ship and install

Pre-configured routers arrive ahead of the access go-live date. Local staff connect them; the device comes up on cellular immediately and switches to the wired service when it activates.

  4. Step 04

    Monitor and manage

Every site is monitored by the 24×7 NOC with automated fault handling and provider escalation, and your account manager reviews performance, spend and upcoming sites with you.

Compare

MPLS, DIA, broadband or 4G/5G.

No single transport suits every site. Most Dollu WAN designs mix them - an SD-WAN overlay stitches the underlays together and steers voice and critical apps onto the best path.

Broadband suits sites where cost matters and occasional contention is acceptable: branches, stores, clinics and small offices. DIA suits head offices, data centres and sites hosting servers or hundreds of users that need guaranteed symmetrical bandwidth and tighter SLAs. Many customers use both from Dollu, and the same portal, monitoring and account team cover the whole estate.
