What does the interview process look like?

Typically a 30-minute intro call, a practical exercise relevant to the role (for engineers: a lab or design discussion; for carrier roles: a route-analysis case), a team interview and an offer - usually within three weeks.

Do you hire remotely?

Yes for engineering, solutions and some carrier roles. NOC and SOC roles are on-site in Noida because of the shift rota. Sales roles are based near our customers.

I don’t see a matching role.
