Overview

What is Video Conferencing & Collaboration?

Dollu Video Conferencing & Collaboration gives your organisation a single platform for HD video meetings, webinars, persistent team spaces and meeting-room systems, delivered from our cloud and backed by the same carrier network that terminates billions of voice minutes a year. Meetings support up to 1,000 interactive participants and 10,000 view-only attendees, with adaptive video up to 1080p, wideband Opus audio, screen and application sharing, whiteboarding, breakout rooms, polls and Q&A. Everything runs in the browser over WebRTC or in native desktop and mobile apps, so external guests join with one click and no download.

Because Dollu is a carrier, audio conferencing is not an afterthought. Every meeting carries local dial-in numbers in 110+ countries and toll-free access in 60+, routed over our own voice core rather than a third-party bridge, so participants on trains, in factories or in markets with poor data coverage still join with clean PSTN audio. Dial-out to any phone number, callback for delegates and SIP/H.323 ingress for legacy room systems are included, and all conferencing minutes appear on the same invoice as your other Dollu voice and numbering services.

Most enterprises live in a mixed world, so we integrate rather than replace. Native calendar and identity integration with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, one-touch join from Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and Webex devices through our interoperability gateway, and click-to-meet from Slack, Salesforce and ServiceNow mean users keep the tools they know. Meeting-room hardware from Poly, Logitech, Yealink and Cisco is supplied, installed and remotely managed by Dollu, with health telemetry, firmware control and proactive fault tickets raised by our 24×7 NOC.

Recording, live transcription in 30+ languages, real-time captions and AI meeting summaries turn every session into searchable content, with retention policies, legal hold and export to your own storage. Security is enterprise-grade by default: AES-256 media encryption, optional end-to-end encryption for sensitive meetings, single sign-on with SAML and OIDC, waiting rooms, role-based controls and data-residency options in India, the EU, the UK, the US and Singapore. The platform is operated under ISO 27001 and SOC 2 controls and is GDPR-ready.

Why Dollu

Why choose Dollu for video conferencing.

The advantages of buying from a carrier that owns its network, interconnects and operations - rather than a reseller.

  • One platform for every meeting type

Daily stand-ups, customer demos, board meetings, 5,000-seat town halls and hybrid classrooms all run on the same tenant, policies and reporting - no separate webinar tool or events vendor to manage.

  • Carrier-grade audio wherever people are

Local dial-in in 110+ countries over Dollu's own voice core means field staff, partners and customers on weak data connections still hear and are heard, and audio quality is measured with the same MOS tooling we use for carrier traffic.

  • Works with what you already have

Teams, Zoom and Webex users and rooms join Dollu meetings natively and vice versa, so a merger, a new partner or a legacy estate never forces a forklift change.

  • Rooms that look after themselves

Every managed room reports camera, microphone, display and network health to our NOC; failed peripherals and firmware drift are ticketed and fixed before the next meeting starts.

  • Security and residency you can sign off

Encryption in transit and at rest, optional E2EE, SSO and SCIM provisioning, granular admin policies and a choice of processing region satisfy legal, security and procurement reviews.

How it works.

From first conversation to live traffic - a tracked, engineer-led onboarding with a named owner at every step.

  1. Step 01

FAQ

Video Conferencing - your questions answered.

The questions customers and carriers ask us most often before they interconnect. If yours is not here, our team answers within one business day.

Still have a question?

Ask our solutions team

Either. Some customers use Dollu as their primary meetings platform; many keep Teams or Zoom for internal chat and use Dollu for rooms, external-facing meetings, webinars or global dial-in. Our interoperability gateway lets Dollu rooms join Teams, Zoom and Webex meetings with one touch, and lets those users join Dollu meetings, so you are not forced into an all-or-nothing decision.
