Overview

What is Fleet & Asset Tracking?

Dollu Fleet & Asset Tracking is a fully managed solution rather than a box of parts. We supply and provision the tracking hardware, the global SIM inside it, the platform your operations team logs into and the integrations that push location, status and sensor data into the systems you already run. One contract covers devices, connectivity, software and support, and one team is accountable when something needs fixing - whether that is a tracker in a container on the Indian Ocean or a report in your transport management system.

The device catalogue covers the whole spectrum of things that move: hard-wired vehicle trackers with CAN-bus and OBD-II telematics for cars, vans, trucks and buses; ruggedised battery-powered trackers for trailers, containers, pallets and plant that may sit for months without power; and small BLE and LTE-M tags for high-value parcels, tools and returnable packaging. Every device ships with a Dollu multi-IMSI IoT SIM, so a shipment tracked out of Mumbai reports just as reliably in Rotterdam or Los Angeles, and fallback to 2G or satellite messaging is available for remote routes.

The platform turns raw positions into operational insight. Live maps and history playback, geofences with entry, exit and dwell alerts, route adherence and ETA, driver behaviour scoring from harsh braking and speeding events, engine hours and fuel data, and maintenance scheduling based on real mileage. Cold-chain shipments add temperature, humidity, door and shock sensors with excursion alerts and audit-ready reports for pharmaceutical and food logistics. Dashboards are role-based, so dispatchers, fleet managers and your own customers each see what they need.

Integration is where most tracking projects succeed or fail, so we invest in it. A documented REST API, webhooks and streaming feeds deliver events to your TMS, WMS, ERP or dispatch application, and pre-built connectors exist for common logistics platforms. Our delivery team handles installation, device commissioning and platform configuration, and the 24×7 NOC monitors device health, connectivity and data flow, replacing failed units under the managed-service SLA. You measure outcomes - utilisation, on-time delivery, theft prevention - not devices.

Why Dollu

Why choose Dollu for fleet & asset tracking.

The advantages of buying from a carrier that owns its network, interconnects and operations - rather than a reseller.

  • See every asset, everywhere

Vehicles, trailers, containers and high-value goods appear on one map across 190+ countries, with history you can replay for any dispute or investigation.

  • Cut operating cost

Fuel, idling, route deviation and maintenance data typically pays back the service within months through fewer kilometres, less downtime and better utilisation.

  • Protect goods and prove compliance

Geofence and tamper alerts deter theft, and cold-chain excursion logs give regulators and customers evidence that goods stayed within limits.

  • Deploy in weeks, not quarters

Pre-provisioned devices, on-site installers and platform templates for common fleet types mean pilots start in days and full roll-outs finish in weeks.

  • Fits the systems you already run

APIs and connectors deliver events into your TMS, ERP or customer portal so tracking becomes part of existing workflows rather than another screen.

How it works

How it works.

From first conversation to live traffic - a tracked, engineer-led onboarding with a named owner at every step.

  1. Step 01

    Assess and pilot

We review your fleet or asset base, select devices and sensors, and run a pilot on a subset with the platform configured to your workflows.

  2. Step 02

    Install and commission

Our installers or your workshop fit devices; each unit is pre-provisioned with SIM, firmware and platform assignment so it reports on power-up.

  3. Step 03

    Integrate

Connect the API or connectors to your TMS, ERP or customer portal; configure geofences, alerts and reports; train dispatchers and managers.

  4. Step 04

    Operate and improve

The NOC watches device health and connectivity; your service manager reviews utilisation and cost data with you and helps expand to new asset classes.
