The United Kingdom is served from Dollu's London interconnect PoP, where we hold direct interconnects with UK fixed and mobile operators as well as the Tier-1 carriers that transit UK traffic worldwide. Termination into UK geographic, mobile and non-geographic ranges is offered on Premium CLI-guaranteed, Standard and Wholesale tiers, and origination on UK numbers is delivered over SIP with sub-10 ms London round-trip times for customers who colocate or peer with us there.
We provision UK numbers across the 01 and 02 geographic ranges, 03 UK-wide numbers for national presence, 07 mobile numbers for SMS-capable services, and 0800 and 0808 freephone numbers. Ofcom's numbering rules do not require a local address for geographic numbers, but we do complete business KYC and record the address for emergency purposes. Numbers can be routed to your SIP platform, Dollu's cloud PBX or CCaaS, or Microsoft Teams, and porting follows the UK's standard inter-provider process.
A2P SMS to UK subscribers is delivered over direct connections to the UK mobile networks with alphanumeric sender IDs supported. There is no mandatory national sender-ID registry, but we recommend brand protection registration and enforce opt-out and consent handling in line with PECR and UK GDPR. As Openreach retires the analogue PSTN and ISDN, Dollu helps UK enterprises move to SIP trunking, Teams Direct Routing and cloud calling, with resilient connectivity from London and Amsterdam.

Ofcom General Conditions and KYC
UK numbers are issued after business KYC (company registration, contact and service address). Providers must comply with Ofcom's General Conditions, including emergency access, number portability and complaints handling, which Dollu supports as part of the service.
CLI authenticity
Ofcom's CLI guidance requires a valid, dialable presentation number that the caller is entitled to use. Calls entering the UK from abroad that present a UK CLI are blocked unless there is a legitimate basis, such as a roaming mobile, so we screen inbound international traffic accordingly.
PECR, UK GDPR and messaging consent
Marketing SMS requires prior consent under PECR, and every message must identify the sender and offer an opt-out. Personal data is processed under UK GDPR, and Dollu offers UK and EU data processing terms and locations.
Emergency calling
999 and 112 must be reachable from every UK number and location information provided to the emergency handling authority. Dollu records a service address per number and supports location updates for nomadic users.
