Dollu in United States.

The United States is Dollu's largest market outside India, served from our Ashburn (Virginia) interconnect PoP with direct connections to Tier-1 US carriers and mobile network operators. Voice traffic into and out of the US is signed under STIR/SHAKEN so that calls carry the attestation level regulators and analytics engines expect, and our routing engine steers traffic across Premium, Standard and Wholesale tiers to US fixed and mobile destinations with continuous ASR, PDD and MOS measurement.

On numbers, we provision local numbers across thousands of US rate centres, 8XX toll-free numbers with RespOrg management, and SMS-enabled DIDs for two-way messaging. Porting is handled through standard LNP processes with LOA and CSR validation, and numbers can be delivered to your SIP infrastructure, Dollu's cloud PBX or CCaaS platform, or Microsoft Teams via Direct Routing. E911 with dispatchable location, CNAM and directory listings are provisioned as part of the number lifecycle.

For messaging, US carriers require every application-to-person campaign on 10-digit long codes to be registered through 10DLC brand and campaign registration, and high-volume traffic often belongs on dedicated short codes. Dollu manages brand vetting, campaign registration, short-code leasing and toll-free SMS verification, then delivers over direct carrier connections with per-carrier throughput controls. Enterprises can also connect privately at Ashburn for cross-connects, cloud on-ramps and low-latency links to our European and Asian PoPs.

  • KYC and Know Your Customer for traffic

    US number orders require business details, a service address for E911 and an authorised contact. Under FCC KYC expectations for voice providers, we also verify upstream traffic sources before assigning attestation to calls.

  • STIR/SHAKEN and robocall mitigation

    Calls carrying US numbers must be signed under STIR/SHAKEN and providers must be listed in the FCC's Robocall Mitigation Database. Unsigned or C-attested traffic is more likely to be labelled or blocked by terminating carriers and analytics engines.

  • 10DLC and TCPA for messaging

    A2P messages on long codes require 10DLC brand and campaign registration; consent, opt-out and quiet-hour handling must follow TCPA and CTIA guidelines. Non-compliant traffic is filtered by carriers and can attract penalties.

  • E911 and Kari's Law / RAY BAUM's Act

    Interconnected VoIP services must deliver 911 calls with dispatchable location and allow direct dialling without a prefix. Dollu provisions E911 records for every US number and supports dynamic location updates via API.

We are registered in the FCC's Robocall Mitigation Database and share signing details with carriers so your calls are less likely to be labelled as spam.
